Thank you for shopping with us! We are based in Macedonia, and we ship our products with care to customers both locally and internationally.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within [5-7 business days] after payment is confirmed.

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic (within Macedonia): Orders usually arrive within [2–5 business days].

• Europe: Estimated delivery is [7–14 business days], depending on the destination country.

• International (outside Europe): Estimated delivery is [14–21 business days].

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

• Orders over $85 ship free. Our little thank you for supporting handmade.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For international orders, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

• All shipped orders include a tracking number (where available).

• Tracking details will be sent to your email once the package is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Local Pickup (Optional)

• If you are located in Macedonia, we offer free local pickup. Please select this option at checkout, and we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time.
